Ever-Clear, as a water treatment total solution provider established in 1999, offers our customers the service of water treatment evaluation/ design/construction/ commissioning. Ever-Clear is specialized in wastewater treatment and develops several patent wastewater treatment reactors. We are willing to provide our service globally and at present our references are mainly in China, Southeast Asia and middle East, and even as far as Africa and Latin America, and so far have more than 300 successful reference in 14 countries in the world.

For complex wastewaters, we are able to provide our own core technologies to provide Economic, Effective, Stable, and Simple solutions. Our core technologies which are suitable for different wastewaters are:

Wastewater Treatment Solution: Fluidized-Bed Fenton Reactor (FBR-Fenton)

FBR-Fenton is one innovative technology combined with Fluidized-Bed Crystallization (FBC) and Fenton technology. It has the advantages of high COD oxidation efficiency and low sludge generation. It is widely used in wastewater tertiary treatment in different industries.

FBR-Fenton is widely applied in different industries, such as chemical, pulp & paper, leather, textile, dye and CETP. We have completed more than 60 successful projects and manufactured more than 120 reactors. 

The strengths of FBR-Fenton are:

  1. High organics removal efficiency,
  2. Low sludge generation
  3. Small footprint

FBR-Fenton is honored to win
“2020 TAIWAN EXCELLENCE AWARD”. The largest capacity of FBR-Fenton’s reference is 160,000 m3/day.
Wastewater Treatment Solution: FeRed-Fenton Reactor

Fered-Fenton is one powerful organics oxidation and ferrous saving technology which utilizes interactive oxidation in electrolysis tank and electrochemical principle for generated ferric reduction. It is specialized in high COD wastewater oxidation or detoxification.

The strengths of FeRed-Fenton are:

  1. High organics removal efficiency,
  2. Low sludge generation
  3. High concentration COD wastewater treatment
  4. Low operation cost
Wastewater Treatment Solution: BioNET biocarrier

BioNET is a new bio-film technology using porous bio-carriers.  BioNET has high porosity (>95%) and is open-cell type, which can provide large surface area to entrap microorganisms for pollutants degradation. It has high performance for certain pollutant removal, such as COD/ammonia/certain organic compounds.

The strengths of BioNET are:

  1. Low operation cost,
  2. High treatment loading,
  3. Simple operation,
  4. Increase of effluent quality
Wastewater Treatment Solution: Fluidized-Bed Crystallization Reactor (FBC)

FBC is one green technology to remove ions in water and generate high purity "crystal", and has the advantages of low chemical consumption, low sludge generation and crystal recovery. It can be applied in ions removal and heavy metal recovery in the wastewater. The strengths of FBC are:

  1. High removal efficiency.
  2. Small footprint
  3. Low chemical usage
  4. High purity crystal generation
  5. Crystal can be recycled


Wastewater Treatment Solution: Anaerobic Fluidized Bed reactor (AFB)

Anaerobic Fluidized Bed (AFB) reactor is filled with fluidized carriers which provide large surface area for the growth of anaerobic or anoxic microorganisms. The input and recirculation water flow into the bottom of reactor and provide enough lift force for carriers fluidization. This upflow also delivers carbon sources effectively for microorganisms attached on carriers due to the known high mass transfer rate of fluidized bed reactor.

The strengths of AFB are:

  1. High removal efficiency,
  2. Small footprint
  3. Low operation cost
  4. High MLSS and volumetric loading
